Sports Bulletin – 25 October 2019

On Monday, we had the C Grade Boys Football playing against KGV. It was a head-to-head game from the beginning till the end and came to a 2-2 draw. A great effort from the boys team. Player of the match goes to Theo Diaz.

On Tuesday, we had the A and B Grade Boys Basketball playing against WIS at SIS and A Grade Girls playing against STC at STC. Our A Grade Girls team won 42-26. A great win and well done to the girls. Back at SIS our A Grade Boys unfortunately lost 40-60 and the B Grade Boys lost 40-47. Both teams fought hard but it just it was not enough to win. Good luck next week!

The boys swimming team participated in the final day of the annual HKSSF swimming event. After day one, SIS was ranked 6th out of 15 schools. There were some outstanding performances by our boys, with special mentions to Ian Mok and Taka Leong, who both won a gold medal for their individual events. With SIS making it into many finals, A Grade Boys came 4th overall and C Grade Boys came 2nd overall. This puts SIS in 3rd after the 1st and final day. Congratulations and great performances!
