Making a Difference Activities

Beach Clean Ups
In addition to a number of one-off Beach clean ups that are coming up, SIS is exploring the possibility of a longer term, more regular commitment to a programme of clean ups and environmental education activities based around the Stanley area. We are exploring working in conjunction with Print House, a local Stanley T shirt printing company run by an alumni of SIS. Watch out for further details and sign ups at school soon!

4th Annual Making Links exhibition for Y10-13 -Thursday 27 October
‘Making Links’ is designed to do exactly what it says…make links between your organisation and our students in Years 10-13 (aged 14-18 years old). The event aims to link groups and organisations that need more manpower, with our students who want to help and support a range of causes. It is not a fundraising event, but rather an opportunity to raise awareness of the work these organisation do, and to interest and involve SIS students in that work. Following the event, students will be able to keep in touch with their chosen organisations, and sign up for volunteer opportunities, via our SIS Charity Portal, Project LinkUp. For more information, please email to Fran Crouch at fcrouch@sis.edu.hk.
