Inter-School Rowing Competition

On the 12th and 13th of November, James Coward (Y8), Samuel Wong (Y8), Amos Ching (Y9), Oliver Blyth (Y9), Nicholas Chan (Y9) and Grace Nutman (Y10) participated in the Hong Kong Schools Rowing Championships 2016 on Sha Tin Shing Mun River. James came 2nd in his race,  the Under 13’s Singles, and Samuel, Nick, Oliver and Amos came 2nd in their Under 14’s Quad. This Championship was a great opportunity to race together as a team to represent SIS. Overall, we did very well (as some of the students from other schools looked much bigger and stronger than us!  We look forward to racing again next year!
