Congratulations to Charlotte who auditioned and gained a role in this years Christmas pantomime Aladdin, with the Hong Kong Players. She will perform in 11 shows in December at the Shousson Theatre, Arts Centre, Wan Chai Good luck Charlotte!
As part of their work on ‘The Environment’, the ASDAN Bronze & Silver Award students conducted a traffic survey at The Peak this week.
Students have been developing an understanding of their local environment including potential issues that may cause damage and air polluti on and traffic is always a hot topic in Hong Kong! Ben Lim (Y11) said ‘I was surprised there was non-stop traffic sometimes’.
Prior to the trip we investigated ways in which traffic may be damaging the environment and people’s health. The next step is to fo cus on possible solutions. The students hope that people in Hong Kong, including themselves, will become even more aware of air pollution in order to develop new habits for a cleaner and safer environment.
