All activities programmes can be viewed from GATEWAY. Each term students will register for their chosen activity by Gateway enrollment using their STUDENT LOG IN information. The Gateway registration period will be announced through the school bulletin board. This registration will be done on a first come, first serve basis. All activities will not be carried forward from Term 1 to Term 2 or Term 3. New registration is required.
Students, please ensure that you can log in to the Gateway. If students have any problems, please check with the ICT department.
For any activity that has a fee, payment by cheque must be made and submitted to the GENERAL OFFICE on or before deadline (date of deadline will be posted under school bulletin board). NO INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO PARENTS. Separate cheques must be issued for each activity. Please write student’s name and activity name on the back of each cheque. If the correct details are not on the cheque or payment has not been made, the student may be removed from the activity without notice.
If students have enrolled in the sailing, rowing, and horse riding activities, parent or guardian must sign indemnity form. The forms must be returned to THE RECEPTION DESK at least three working days before the first lesson. If anyone fails to do so, no activity will be allowed. Just a reminder that no refunds can be given for any withdrawal, transferred to a different activity, no-show, or cancellation of lesson by the school due to bad weather.
