Cookbook

SIS PTA is planning to produce a cookbook, but we need YOUR help to do it!

We want your favourite recipes – whether it’s a family recipe which has been passed down for generations or just a great sandwich you love to make when you can’t be bothered cooking!  Savoury, sweet, special occasion, no occasion and everything in between – it’s all welcome!

We want to include recipes from every nationality in the school, so please send along your favourite recipes from your homeland as well. We will print them in English as well as the original language, so don’t forget to include the translation.

Recipes can be dropped in to the PTA office, faxed to 2871 9115 or emailed to Marissa at uniformshop@mail.sis.edu.hk. Please download the Recipe Cover Sheet here.

Closer to publishing, we will be running a competition for the cover artwork so keep an eye out for more detail.
